Flat Fee MLS Listing – FAQ

A flat fee MLS listing allows you to list your home on your local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a one-time fee, without paying a traditional listing agent commission. Your property appears alongside all other agent-listed homes and is syndicated to major real estate websites.

Yes. Your home is entered into the same MLS system used by licensed agents, such as Stellar MLS, Beaches MLS, Miami Realtors MLS, etc. Buyers and agents searching the MLS will see your property just like any other listing.
