There are two different ways to list your property with us.

1. The On-line process (not yet available for all areas)
   • Enter the property information in the on-line property data input form
   • Enter the required information in the on-line listing agreement
   • Click the submit button and the order and the information will be emailed to us immediately
   • After the order is submitted the site will take you to the payment page
   • Enter credit card info (Visa or Master Card) and click submit
   • Click on the button to download the listing agreement and print that document, complete it and fax it to 703-991-8276
2. The Paper process
   • Click the button below to download the Property data input form and print that form
   • Click the button below to download the exclusive agency listing agreement and print that form
   • Complete both forms and fax to 703.991.8276
   • Click on the Pay NetRealty tab and make your payment with a credit card (Visa or Master Card). If you prefer payment can be made over the telephone
